Refund Conditions

For both customized and non-customized products, we only accept returns for items that are defective, if a product is defective, we accept an exchange or return as the  resolution. 

Return Conditions
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our support team within 7 working days of delivery. To initiate a return, you must provide the following:
▪ Clear photographs of the damaged item
▪ Photos of the packaging box
▪ Photos of the shipping label
Please note that claims submitted after this 7 working days period may not be eligible for compensation.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@fastcustomsign.com with your order number and photos.
  2. Approval: Our team will review your case and confirm if a return is approved.
  3. Return Instructions: If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
  4. Ship Back: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
  5. Processing: Once received and inspected, we will process your replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.

Replacement & Re-shipment Fee

  • If a replacement is approved, we will produce and ship a new item at no additional product cost.
  • For confirmed manufacturing defects, all replacement and shipping costs are covered by us.

Lost Orders
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you choose to waive this requirement and your package is marked as "delivered," FastCustomSign.com will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
