Most of our products are custom-made. Production time typically takes:

  • Standard custom orders: 3–7 business days

  • Complex or bulk custom orders: 7–12 business days

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately and a shipping notification once the order has been sent out.

Non-Custom Products

If the product does not require customization:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.


2. Shipping Times

We ship worldwide. Typical delivery estimates:

United States

  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

Canada / Europe / Australia

  • Express Shipping: 4–8 business days

Other International Destinations

  • Express Shipping: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather conditions, and seasonal volume.

If the shipment is returned to us because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, we can reship the package once the customer pays the reshipping cost.
