Step-by-Step Installation:
Prepare the Wall Surface:
1, Ensure the surface where you will install the sign is clean, dry, and flat.
2, If you're mounting on drywall, you may need to use wall anchors for secure installation.
Measure and Mark:
1, Use the measuring tape to determine the desired height and position for the sign.
2, Mark the mounting points on the wall using a pencil. All backlit signs, there will be pre-drilled holes for easy installation.
Drill Holes:
1, Using the appropriate drill bit for your wall type (drywall, wood, concrete, etc.), drill holes where you marked the positions.
2, If using wall anchors, insert them into the drilled holes before proceeding.
Mount the Acrylic Backlit Sign:
1, Once the mounting hardware are in place, carefully lift the sign and align it with the wall anchors.
2, Secure the sign in place by tightening the screws and locking it.,
3, If you plan to hang it, after tightening the screws, use the provided hanging rope to pass through the two holes in the upper part of the sign, and then hang it horizontally on the screws.
Connect the Power Supply:
1,Connect the power cable to the sign’s input port. Ensure the power cord is safely routed and doesn’t pose any tripping hazards.
2,Plug the other end of the power cable into an electrical outlet or a power source.
Test the Sign:
1, Turn on the power to test the backlit function. The sign should glow evenly and display your custom design clearly.
2, Adjust the brightness and ensure the backlighting is uniform across the acrylic surface.
Finishing Touches:
1, Double-check that the sign is securely mounted and level.
2, Clean the surface of the acrylic with a microfiber cloth to remove any fingerprints or dust.
